Meridian brings a hotel-trained standard to law, accounting, engineering and professional offices. One trained cleaner, fixed days every week, every visit logged where you can see it, and a quality representative on site within 24 hours if anything isn't right.
Insured, licensed and WCB covered. Every cleaner WHMIS certified, police and vulnerable-sector checked, and trained to our written standard before their first visit.
That's the moment offices start looking: dust on the shelf tops, a washroom a client noticed, a visit nobody can prove happened. Meridian is built so that moment never comes.
Each clean is logged with notes in a shared log you can open any time. On Monday morning you know what was done, and if a partner asks "did they come Thursday?", the answer is right there.
Tell us once. A Meridian Quality Representative is on site within 24 hours to see it and make it right.
Same trained cleaner, same days every week, backed by a team so a sick day never becomes a missed visit. If a holiday moves a visit, you hear from us before, not after.
Enter your square footage and how often you want it cleaned. You'll see a monthly number right away.
We walk your space with you and write a scope for your office. You keep it whether or not you hire us.
We agree your service day and access details, and you get a firm price within one business day. It's locked for the length of your agreement.
Your cleaner arrives on your day, works your checklist, and logs the visit with notes you can read.
Professional offices usually choose two or three fixed days a week. Smaller offices run weekly; large or client-heavy spaces run nightly. Our rates are published, so you can see your number before you talk to anyone.
For large or client-heavy offices, clinics and shared buildings where every morning has to look like the first.
The standard for professional offices: washrooms and kitchens never get a chance to become a complaint, and clients see a fresh office every time.
For smaller or quieter offices. One fixed day a week, done properly, so nobody on your team thinks about it.
Meridian's leadership team spent their careers running hotel operations, where every space is inspected daily and nothing is left to chance. Every Meridian cleaner is trained to that written standard before their first visit to your office, and every location is audited in person. Your office gets the same care a guest gets, without anyone on your team having to ask for it.
